RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the item(s) to initiate a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right to return, please inform us of your decision by emailing us at contact@y2k-streetwear.store. Ensure that your email includes details such as the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used, and no additional fees will apply.

5. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

If the items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund, depending on the condition of the product upon receipt.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Mainland France: For a first exchange, return shipping is free. A prepaid label will be provided.
  • Other Locations: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the initial order.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs and risks of returning items. We are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.

7. Refund Methods

Upon receiving and verifying the returned items, you will receive:

  • A store credit (in the form of a gift card valid for one year) if returning for an exchange or future purchase.
  • A cash refund for final returns (excluding initial shipping costs, unless the entire order is returned). Refunds will be processed within:
    • 48 hours for PayPal.
    • 7–14 business days for credit cards.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Perishable items or items past their expiration date.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons, if their seals have been broken after delivery.
  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

9. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item(s). If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who purchased the gift.
